Eterni offer FREE shipping on all orders in Australia.

A tracking number will be provided to the email address on the order so the item can be tracked at any time. Orders will be dispatched once the payment has been received (this can take up to three business days). Eterni cannot accept responsibility for any delay in transit on behalf of the freight provider.

INTERNATIONAL

A flat fee of $25.00 AUD is added to the purchase for items being posted outside Australia.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes but please note that they do not include any overseas custom duties or taxes.  We recommend you refer to your local customs office for fees that may be applicable to you.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be delivered once you have received our dispatch email.
